Offices are conveniently located in Michigan City, Chesterton, and LaPorte, Indiana. The newest location opened in New Buffalo, Michigan during the summer of 2007. HealthPartners is affiliated with Saint Anthony Memorial and a proud member of the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc. with sister hospitals located in Indiana and Illinois.
